Physicality
The use of the body as a primary tool for character creation, emotional expression, and scenic grounding. Physicality includes posture, gait, gesture, rhythm of movement, and spatial relationships. Characters built from physicality tend to be more immediate and sustainable than those built from voice or verbal tics alone.
