Fuzzy Ducky

Structure
Setup
All players stand or sit in a circle. The tongue-twisting phrase is demonstrated by the facilitator.
Progression
The first player says the phrase once. The next player says it twice. The next says it three times. The count accumulates around the circle, requiring each subsequent player to say the phrase more times in succession without losing clarity.
Alternatively, the phrase passes around the circle at a set count (each player says it three times) but at increasing speed as the circle progresses.
Variations include introducing the phrase in pairs ("fuzzy ducky, lucky ducky") or stacking multiple tongue twisters from different players around the circle.
Conclusion
The exercise ends when a full lap has been completed or when the group's collective speed and clarity has reached an entertaining peak. Errors are met with laughter rather than elimination -- the exercise is a warm-up, not a competition.
